Gill Rash Vests are made from a high quality lycra and come in a number of colour and style combinations, including our exclusive ‘Fade’ designs. Gill have men’s and women’s options in both short and long sleeves. All Gill Rash Vests offer excellent UV protection (UPF50+), and dry extremely quickly.

Fade Rash Vest – Short Sleeve: 4404B (order here)

Prevents chafing under PFD or harness and have great looking. It have a flat locked seams and high Lycra neck for comfort. Excellent UV protection-tested to AATCC method passing at >50UPF. This model is also available in long sleeve.

UV Aero Vest: 4407W (order here)

Designed for the Trapeze Sailor, to be worn over the top of all other apparel, the Aero Vest has a unique ‘hook hole’ designed to fit over the trapeze harness hook. This feature gives a great fit and easy access to the hook itself, whilst keeping windage at an absolute minimum. All straps and potential snagging points are safely tucked away. Of course the Gill Aero Vest retains the standard Rash Vest features of UV protection and comfort.

Gill's Skiff Harness is a unique harness. We have done extensive research during the development program to analyse the critical support and wear areas of a performance harness, and how these could be further enhanced. In addition Gill have used the most advanced Quick Release Hook (QRH) System available.

Spreader Bar Harness: 4901G (order here)

The Spreader Bar Harness distributes weight reducing painful pressure points. Gill's Spreader Bar Harness is further enhanced with the addition of the Quick Release Hook (QRH) System.
